Mr. Torchinsky will teach a pre-retirement class that focuses on estate planning basics to government employees.  He will review changes to federal and state estate and gift tax laws, discuss how and why Revocable Living Trusts are implemented, explain how to avoid probate and provide a basic outline for a typical estate plan.
