As one of the founding partners of the firm, Don concentrates his practice in the areas of business, employment, e-commerce, technology, real estate and civil litigation. Don’s experience and depth of knowledge across a broad range of business-related legal matters, including commercial acquisitions, employment relations and disputes, as well as complex civil litigation, makes him an efficient and effective deal maker. He serves as counsel to businesses and business owners, handling strategic growth, transition and transaction matters.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Don has been recognized repeatedly as a top attorney in Maryland and D.C. Super Lawyers magazines, as well as Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition. He is a strong communicator and is frequently called upon to speak on business, employment and technology-related topics before business groups and associations throughout the region.
