Rebecca A. O'Neill
Rebecca knows the importance of understanding her clients, their businesses and their goals. She guides clients toward achieving those goals while also anticipating and addressing issues they may not have considered that could affect them in the future.
Rebecca is a member of Stein Sperling’s Tax Practice group, which is one of 36 law firms in the United States to be rated Tier 1 Nationally in Tax Litigation and Controversy in U.S. News & World Report 2018 “Best Law Firms.” Before joining Stein Sperling’s Tax Practice group, Rebecca practiced law with firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where she advised clients on business transactions, tax matters and estate planning. Rebecca focuses her practice on transactional tax and business matters. She counsels her clients regarding entity formation, ownership, reorganization and business succession, including drafting partnership agreements, operating agreements, stockholder agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and merger agreements.
