Kristin A. Neubauer
Kristin Neubauer understands that attention to detail is central to being an effective lawyer and she uses that skill to her advantage when helping businesses address their needs. Kristin’s practice focuses on business transactions, business governance restructuring, and commercial leasing. Kristin is a valuable member of the Business Practice Group, which develops and prepares a broad range of custom developed business agreements supporting the of implementation of business plans.
Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Kristin worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michele D. Hotten on the Maryland Court of Appeals as well as various firms throughout Maryland.
Away from the office, Kristin enjoys traveling, cooking and cheering for the Baltimore Ravens.
