The I-9 Form Expired. What Do I Do?

For right now you do nothing. We have been advised that there are possible changes being made to the latest version of the I-9 Form which expired in August of this year. Unfortunately, we have yet to see a new form or a renewal date posted on the current form which typically happens. For right now, continue to use the latest version of the I-9 Form and keep checking the website for updates.
