Steve Widdes will speak to members of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA) at their 2014 Fall Meeting and Education Conference in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Widdes will address how, with rapidly changing tax laws, drafting estate planning documents with flexible provisions is more important than ever.  He will lead attendees through multiple scenarios where innovative language in a will or living trust can provide a creative solution to an uncertainty, focusing on portability, income tax implications, estate planning document provisions and formulas that should be incorporated to handle future changes to the law.
