David's presentation, an overview of state estate taxes, will include:

  • Maryland's estate tax and inheritance taxes;
  • D.C.'s estate tax; and
  • Avoiding death taxes.

Ann will be discussing the integration of retirement plans and individual retirement funds into the estate plan.
