Don Sperling thrives on developing innovative and strategic solutions that meet his clients’ needs and help them reach their individual and business goals. Don evaluates clients’ legal problems from many angles, guiding them through short-term and long-term considerations that will capitalize on available resources. One of the founding partners of the firm, Don concentrates his practice in the areas of business, employment, e-commerce, technology, real estate and civil litigation. Don’s experience and depth of knowledge across a broad range of business-related legal matters includes commercial acquisitions, employment relations and disputes, as well as complex civil litigation. He has served as counsel to national corporations, handling matters such as computer software and systems agreements, licensing and multi-state litigation.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Don has been recognized repeatedly as a top attorney in Maryland and DC Super Lawyers magazines, as well as Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition. He is frequently called upon to speak on business, employment and technology-related topics before business groups and associations throughout the region.
Active in the community—as well as an avid sports fan—Don is a member of the Maryland Soccer Foundation’s Board of Directors.
