Nindiya G. Ramchandani
Listening to and caring about her clients and their needs defines Nindiya Ramchandani’s approach to practicing injury law. With a personal commitment to serving others, and a professional dedication to offering unparalleled legal representation, she assists clients from a diverse cross-section of the local community. Nindiya strives to put clients at ease, taking the mystery out of legal processes that are unfamiliar to them and ensuring clients understand their rights as well as the merits of their cases.
In 2011, the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) appointed Nindiya a fellow of its Leadership Academy, an exclusive 12-month program designed to assist lawyers in becoming better leaders, while offering opportunities for future leadership roles in the MSBA. She shares this honor with only 15 other attorneys in Maryland who were selected from applicants across the state.
Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Nindiya served as a judicial intern to the Chief Justice of the 14th Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas. She also was an instructor at Street Law, Inc., an organization that teaches high school students about practical legal issues they encounter in everyday life. While in law school, Nindiya received the Dean’s scholarship to study abroad in Beijing, China as part of Texas Southern University’s Chinese Law Summer Program.
Outside of the office, Nindiya enjoys spending time with friends and family. She likes exercising, joining running groups such as the DC and Montgomery County Road Runners, and taking yoga classes. She also enjoys giving back to the local community by volunteering at soup kitchens like Sheppard’s Table and SOME (So Others May Eat).
