Jonathan F. Lieberman
Jonathan Lieberman takes an empathetic, but practical approach in understanding the nature and extent of his clients’ injuries. In doing so, he is able to advocate on their behalf and assist them in obtaining the best possible care to make a full recovery. Jonathan focuses his practice on claims for serious injury, automobile accidents and premises liability. Jonathan also represents employees in workplace disputes as to owed or unpaid wages pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act as well as Maryland’s wage laws.
Jonathan has successfully resolved thousands of personal injury cases, recovering millions of dollars in benefits and compensation for injured victims. He is a frequent speaker on insurance issues and what to do following an automobile accident. Jonathan also is involved in community outreach and participates in charitable events throughout the year.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan worked at a small Montgomery County firm where he handled administrative hearings and litigated numerous cases throughout the metropolitan area. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and two young children.
