    Alan Kerxton concentrates his practice in financial restructuring of distress businesses, bankruptcy reorganization and commercial law. His clients appreciate his depth of experience and the importance he places on fully understanding and analyzing their businesses.

    Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Alan was an attorney with several law firms in Washington,D.C.and Montgomery County, Maryland. His previous experience also includes working as an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Corporate Reorganization Division. Alan is a past adjunct professor of bankruptcy law at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
