Kevin P. Fay
Understanding his client’s objectives and offering creative solutions defines Kevin Fay’s approach to practicing law. He enjoys working with clients to accomplish their goals. Kevin concentrates his practice on handling business, estate planning and real estate matters for both individual and corporate clients. He regularly assists clients with business formations and transition planning; land acquisitions, financing, real estate settlements and closings; and estate planning and probate and trust administration.
Kevin is active in civic and community organizations. He is a member of the Peer Review Panels for the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission.
For a little over 25 years prior to joining Stein Sperling, Kevin was the principal member of several small firms in Montgomery County. Outside of Stein Sperling, Kevin enjoys traveling and music as an accomplished pianist.
