For Jolie Deutschman’s personal injury clients, knowledge is power. Her focus on straightforward and consistent communication, educating clients about the law and their rights, and providing guidance and support every step of the way helps Jolie’s clients play an active role throughout their injury case and overall recovery.
Creating positive outcomes that have both short-term and long-term impact on the lives of her clients drives Jolie’s approach to handling serious and catastrophic personal injury cases. These cases include automobile accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and product liability claims. In addition to being Co-Chair of the firm’s Personal Injury practice, she lectures on insurance law, with an emphasis on helping people understand the elements of their personal automobile coverage. Through education and communication, Jolie endeavors to teach people how to protect themselves before an automobile accident happens.
Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Jolie used her skills as a litigator with a private personal injury and medical malpractice firm in New York City.
Fluent in Spanish, Jolie is active in various organizations within the Hispanic community in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. She is also an avid skier and swimmer.
