This seminar will focus on legal issues artists often face, including business licenses, entity selection and organization, sales tax and reporting, “Location, Location, Location,” partners, pitfalls of doing work on commissions, “Alphabet Soup” (i.e., OSHA, LL, WSSC) and funding your dream.
