At this 90-minute seminar, Julie Christopher and Micah Bonaviri will explain two legal methods for managing a loved one’s affairs – serving as a guardian and serving as an agent under a power of attorney.

They will cover early steps, such as dealing with brokers, the execution of NDA's and the Letter of Intent, through later steps like financial disclosures, due diligence, and negotiations surrounding the definitive agreements, and will end with a discussion on closing and post-closing issues.

Adam will present the key categories of information individuals will need when preparing for probate and will illustrate their importance through use of real life scenarios.
