Julie Christopher is a member of the firm’s Family Law Group and concentrates her practice in areas of complex divorce litigation. Ms. Christopher is sensitive to the devastating impact that separation and divorce have on the family unit. She works hard to ensure the transition from one family unit to another is as painless as possible for both clients and their children. She prides herself on formulating creative and tailored solutions to address her clients’ goals. Ms. Christopher is an active member in her Rockville community. She has volunteered as the Membership Chair for the Rockville Community Nursery School and in 2009, she was elected as the delegate on the Montgomery County Council, Parent Teacher Association for College Gardens Elementary School in Rockville, Maryland. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Christopher practiced law for five years in Baltimore, Maryland. After law school, she clerked for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, Baltimore Division, and the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Ms. Christopher received a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
