Named to the 2009 Rising Stars list in Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine, Darla J. McClure is a member of the Firm’s Business and Employment Law Practice Groups. Ms. McClure has extensive experience with organization and entity selection, structuring business ventures, developing shareholder and operating agreements, resolution of business disputes, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. She regularly counsels business clients on employment matters and resolution of employment disputes. Her primary focus is on client service, providing responsive answers, service delivery, and designing solutions that meet business objectives. Ms. McClure is the Managing Principal of the Firm’s Frederick, Maryland office. A frequent speaker on topics involving business organization, disputes, and employment matters, she has addressed organizations including the Montgomery County Medical Society where she sits on its Advisory Board, as well as the Maryland Society of Accountants and various chapters of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
